1. Introduction

These terms of use ("Terms") govern your use of the Kebab Guru mobile app ("App"). By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Account creation

To use all of the App’s features, you must create a Kebab Guru account. When registering, you undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information about yourself.

Your chosen username may not be offensive, discriminatory, indecent or otherwise infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to reject or change any username that does not meet these requirements.

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity carried out using your account.

3. Content and intellectual property

All App content, including text, images, logos, trademarks and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or otherwise use the App’s content without our written consent.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, copy, modify, distribute and publicly display any content you submit in the App (e.g. reviews, ratings).

4. User conduct

When using the App, you undertake to:

- Not use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes.

- Not infringe the rights of other users or threaten them.

- Not post unlawful, defamatory, offensive, threatening, indecent or otherwise inappropriate content.

- Not transfer your account to others without our permission.

5. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the App or from any App content. We do not guarantee that the App will work without errors or interruptions.

Kebab Guru is a platform for hosting user reviews. All reviews, comments and ratings are exclusively the personal opinion and experience of the users who submitted them. Kebab Guru does not edit, endorse or take responsibility for their content.

Kebab Guru is not considered the author of the reviews and is not liable for content submitted by third parties under the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania and the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).

6. Termination of service

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the App at any time and without notice if you breach these Terms or if your use of the App poses a threat to other users or our system.

6a. User-generated content and dispute handling

If you believe that a review published on the Platform is inaccurate, defamatory or otherwise infringes your rights, you may submit a formal request by email: data@kebabguru.lt, specifying: the particular review, the disputed statement and any available evidence.

Kebab Guru undertakes to examine each such request within 14 working days and make a decision based on the platform’s rules and applicable laws.

Reviews are not removed solely because of their negative tone or for the purpose of protecting a business’s reputation.

7. Legal basis for data processing

We process your personal information based on your consent, which is expressed when you agree to these terms of use.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes in the App or by email.
